Why is My Order “On Hold”?

If your order status shows as On Hold, this means we require further evidence before processing. Acceptable forms of evidence include:

A copy of your most recent prescription, showing your name, address, and the date of dispensing.

A copy of a previous prescription.

Clear photographs of your medication packaging or prescription label.

Please ensure any information you provide is legible and up to date.
