Returns & refunds
Feel free to submit an enquiry via the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our policy does not allow for any medicines to be returned – this is for safety reasons, and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK; this is the law which every pharmacy must abide by. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy, and they will dispose of the products safely. Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, if you wish to return medication to us because it is:
- damaged or faulty
We will refund the price of the medication in full together with any applicable delivery charges.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.
Cancellations
When you place your first order with Bliss, you have the right to cancel it any time before your prescription is issued. Once one of our prescribers has approved and issued your prescription — which can happen within minutes or hours of you signing up — the contract between us is formed and the standard right to cancel medication under distance selling regulations no longer applies (prescription-only medicines are exempt).
If you cancel before your prescription is issued, you'll receive a full refund.
If you cancel after your prescription is issued but before your medication is dispatched, you'll receive a refund for the medication cost and delivery.
Once your medication has been dispatched, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds because prescription-only medicines can't be re-dispensed or resold under GPhC regulations.
Your right to cancel your ongoing plan
If you're on a 3, 6, or 12-month plan, you can cancel your plan at any time — the terms depend on when:
Cancelling during the final month of your plan — no fee
Cancelling earlier than the final month — an Early Exit Charge applies (the difference between the discounted rate you've paid and the standard month-by-month price for the doses you've already received)
Cancelling for a medical reason (side effects, pregnancy, prescriber advice) — no Early Exit Charge, and any months you've paid for but not yet received are refunded pro-rata
All cancellations are handled through our contact form, not the dashboard. Our team will confirm the exact Early Exit Charge (if any) before anything is processed.
For the full details, see our articles on how to cancel and how the Early Exit Charge is calculated.
