Shipping Options and Returns

    Our express delivery service sends your order via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is the fastest standard postal option and is ideal if you need your medication quickly. 
    Orders must be placed before [2pm] on a working day to be dispatched the same day.

    Royal Mail deliver 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday.

    Orders placed after this cut-off, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be dispatched the next working day. 

  • We are unable to accept returns of any prescription or pharmacy medication for safety and legal reasons. This is a requirement under UK medicines legislation and applies to all registered pharmacies. 


    If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact our team at [email protected] within [14] days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund of the product and any applicable delivery charges. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within [5–10] working days. 


    For unwanted or unused medication, please do not dispose of it in household waste. Take it to any local pharmacy, where it will be disposed of safely and free of charge. 

    • All delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Bliss is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. 
      Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally. 
    • If your parcel has not arrived within [7] working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. 
      We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. 
    • It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. Bliss cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed as a result of an incorrect address. 
    • Medication requiring a valid prescription will only be dispatched after clinical approval by one of our prescribers. This may affect your estimated delivery date. 
    • If a delivery has been attempted three times and returned to us we do not hold any responsibility in re-sending the medication.
    • If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.
